Getting frequent motions after having food and pain during motion sometimes. Want to know the reason..Can any dr reply the solution...

Get u/s of abdomen full done. If anything abnormal, get it treated. Start शंख वटी one tab twice  a day in between foods to be chewed. Thanks and regards

Hi this may be due senestive gut are digestive system here you should be care with your diet avoid spicy special green chilly, and food from outside, try to bland diet which made in home. Increase in take of curd, give gap and eat small meal, make a habit of drinking jeera water everyday in the copper vessel for more details consult me in practo direct

It can be due to stomach infections or irritable bowel syndrome exact diagnosis can be made only after seeing you in person. You can drink ashta choornam 1/2 teaspoon with buttermilk before lunch. As buttermilk contains lactobacillus it is good for your gut. Avoid salty spicy fried foods and outside foods.

It can be inflammation of intestine.take 1 teaspoonful cow ghee with sugar before 15 min of meal.for pain at anal region you may cosult any anorectal surgeon.
