Frequent motion after having lunch
I am getting out for toilet 2 to 3 times a day after having lunch,  some day 4 times, after coming out, stomach became empty and feels hungry, if I have something for that, again it continues until going to bed, it happens between lunch and dinner.

This may either be due to IBS or due to GASTROENTERITIS. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Ibs is a disease of diet and lifestyle.
