For A Month Now I Feel Sudden Pain In My Heart And It Lasts For About 2-5 mins- I Have No Prior Major Health Issues- I Just Came Out of depression and I've Gained A Lot of weight- I've Stopped working out, I eat a lot and My Body Fat percentage has increased drastically( I Smoke 2-3 Cigarattes on Daily Basic and Drink on Weekly basic) please help! Is It because of my smoking habit?
