Frequent headches
I have severe headache on the left side always . It goes to my neck and eyes and hampers my breathing also.

Hello. Headache in a person might be due to numerous reasons like persistence of infection of sinuses which can be controlled by taking steam inhalation and antibiotics to control infection.headache might also be due to increase in eye sight power so get it checked. Increase in streess level or people having panic attacks can also present with this do regular meditation and yoga, try to be invovled with whatever you do. Other causes generally requires medical consultation, so kindly consult a physician.
