Frequent headaches lightheaded
Hello doc, I have frequent one side headaches from  8 months. I consulted neurologist he suggested me to use decorate er 250 Nd xenadom 500. Also suggested ct brain plain if problem persist. After 7 months of my consultation. I have done ct brain due to sudden lightheaded, vomiting sensation, mostly left side headache temporal area. There's no family history of stroke. But my grandmother ( father's mother) having fits from her childhood . Am also having health anxiety, alcohol occasionally, no smoking, I drink less water, feeling tensed for small things, high anger. Please go through the attached report. Please help and suggest what to do?? Is it major problem ??? Am feeling worry

CT is alright, small calcified granuloma needs no intervention. It can be tension type headache. Meditation and brisk walk helps.
