Including shoulders and spine, I face frequent headaches because of many obvious reasons like acidity, sudden heat, lack of sleep, long exposure to screens.
I am afraid these seem to be the symptoms of migraine. I don't know how to stop this. I am facing this since a few years.

Hi there. This could be migraine but a few more details are needed but I can give my opinion like increase in headache with bright light or loud noise , any vomiting or vomiting like sensation etc.
