Frequent urination and  upper back pain
I used to work on desktop with incorrect posture, bending forward towards my left arm. I am getting pain in left shoulder blade. Also I could not urinate properly, getting weak signal to urinate, occasional cold sensation and numbing sensation in legs and arms. Occasional nerve pain in groin. Right now am using gabapentin and antidepressant prescribed by doctor. Doctor kept saying i have uti, i have done culture test and got negative. I also have frequent bowel movements like 3 times a day. Bloating issues. I get nerve pain sometimes in abdomen hips near the groin, hands. TENS on my tummy gave me some relief to empty my bowel and bladder. My muscle became soft near the left shoulder and groin region. Both shoulders are so stiff and tight. No other problems related to kidney and bladder as i had done tests. I have got mri, here am attaching it. Please help
