Former covid patient lungs get effected about 50%now recovered and current oxygen level is about90-95with self efforts.no former diabetes problem.. feeling severe weakness.

Continue on zinc,vit c supplements.. Pranayam and other yogasanas will be beneficial for lungs Will take time to recover.
