Hi Doc,
I have twin female babies of about a year old. They keep getting fevers every now and then and cold too. It keeps us worrying. Recently one of the twin had fever accompanied by febrile convolution. It's worrying please help us to cope up.

Keep baby's surrounding clean
Give them home made food only
With ur breast feed
If u have bai at home
Keep watch on hygiene part of ur baby
Its very common upto 3yrs that baby get repeated cough and cold
Don't worry for that
And i already told some tips for febrile convulsions too

Hello ... having twins is a tough job in the first place . On top of that you have encountered these issues . There are many reasons why ur babies might be getting regular infections . Can u tell me the exact age and eight of the baby??? So I can help u better .
