Frequent fatigue and weakness
I am feeling very week and fatigue . Feel shaky. Feeling the heart beat. Some times my right arm and leg go very weak that i feel they are useless. Please help. Now im feeling this for about more than one week.

Its impossible to diagnose as symptoms are vague.
Most likely vitamin b 12 deficiency, or if there is a history of fever/ viral infection it could be due to that.
Anxiety or emotional stress can also be a cause.
