I have been emotionally stressed for around 5 months. I keep breaking down quite often. Also, my self confidence has dropped drastically and I can't even stand to face myself anymore. All this might be because my career is not settled yet but it is really taking a toll on my sleep as well. I even 'thought' of suiciding but I don't really have the courage to do that. Please help me!
