Frequent cramps in legs and tiredness
My 4 year old daughter always complains about cramps or pain in legs and says she is tired. She gets up during her sleep in the night and complains of pain in her legs. Although she is active and her BMI is normal. My wife wants to start off with Vitamin D3, not sure what would be the dosage for her.

Leg pain,in calf muscles,i.e between knee and ankle joints occur in almost all children, they're called growing up pains,it's NOT a medical condition and requires NO medicine or vitamin supplements, specially vit D,DON'T give it. You can give gentle massage or warm fomenting using hot towels. If more severe, use paracetamol for pain. Relax, she'll outgrow it.
