5 year old complaining stomach ache
Hello
My 5 year old girl complaining stomach ache from yesterday. She tells stomach pains for sometime and goes off. After sometime she tells no stomach pain. Doctor suggested cyclopam syrup and enterogermenia. If she is having loose motion he suggested antibiotics.
Please tell me what could be the reason
Will she be fine with these two medicine

Use the medication and wait for about 48 hours if she is otherwise fine
Sometimes toxin induced colitis can be the case and it generally self limits
If not coming down even after that or if pain is very severe then get a USG abdomen and stool examination done
