Frequent coughing spells
My nephew is 10 yrs old and he is suffering from Asthma it seems so do we have any suggestion for us so that we can cure him. here is all the symptoms : 1. Frequent coughing spells, which may occur during play, at night, or while laughing 2. Less energy during play 3. Rapid breathing 4.Complaint of chest tightness or chest "hurting" 5. Shortness of breath, loss of breath 6.Feelings of weakness or tiredness

Regular medication and maintaining a symptom dairy will help in controlling this condition. It is a dynamic disease , it can improve and it can worsen too. Be in close follow up of pediatric Pulmnologist ( child respiratory specialist). And follow the advice and medication properly. Always have faith in treating doctor. If any doubt in your minds or myths created by friends and relatives, get them cleared by your treating doctor. What we want at end of the day in quality of life of child should not suffer.
