Cold and cough frequently - 3 yrs boy
Hello Doctor, Initially when my 3 yrs son was not going to school he had a cold and coughed mostly when the season got changed but after joining the play- group in 2.8 yrs, he was frequently caught with a cold and cough. He snores also while sleeping and also takes breath from mouth sometimes mostly in sleeping. Sometimes he coughs while sleeping . All this started a month ago. Please suggest what needs to be done here ?

Get flu vaccination, if not received yet Mouth breathing can be a sign of adenoids, so get him checked by a paediatrician Frequent cough and cold may happen after joining play group since it is a viral infection that spreads from one kid to another easily Increase our child’s immunity by keeping him hydrated and giving a lot of citrus fruits like oranges, apple
