Frequent cold
A small climate change affects me very bad. Getting cold frequently which is not coming to my nose instead its going to throat and getting infected. Is there any medicine ?

A simple solution is just warm salt water gargles as soon as the throat discomfort starts. You can also take vitamin C tablets for a few weeks.
