Frequent Acidity & bloating

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have this frequent acidity problem even if I take a normal plain water on empty stomach.I had undergone Sonography and the test showed "Liver fatty 3 Acid".I am really worried as from past few days I constantly feel there is something strange happening in my stomach which I am Unable to explain.Kindly help.What should I do?

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
