My frenulum tore off during intercourse last night. It bled. Then stopped after I cleaned it with water and a little Dettol. What has exactly happened? What should I do now? What kind of specialist do I need to meet if it's required?

Tearing of frenulum may happen during early periods of intercourse...if bleeding has stopped and no ulcer or no pain...u need not worry.. if anything appears bad please consult a urologist
