The frenulum tear will heal if you give it some rest. Gradually things will return to normal. Any simple healing takes 7 days so you do need to give it a break for some time. You can apply simple soframycin cream to stop it getting infected. If it's still bleeding after 7 days pleaSe see your doctor.
