Frenulum problem
I m suffering from my half cut frenulum Problem my frenulum was not back properly it was joint with penis skin in normal time no problem in sex time frenulum not properly pull back because of joint by skin if tereatment are possible so please guide me.Please tell me about cost and risk.....Tq
