The frenulum is easily moveable in non erect state but when erect the frenulum gets stuck behind the head and the skin doesn't move freely . It gets stuck behind the head of the penis and pains.
Is it because of a short foreskin or a small frenulum. And what is the procedure to correct this state ( Surgical/Non surgical - non surgical preferred if there is any. )
