Frenuloplasty on penis
I have uncircumcised penis.. I feel pulling down my penis whenever it erected... Some part of skin attached at neck of the penis. Some odd smell also coming when pull back foreskin on my penis. So now who should I consult... Urologist or general surgan or sexologist plz respond
