Free T3 is 3.87 and T4 1.22 and TSH 8.08
Free T3 is 3.87 and T4 1.22 and TSH 8.08. Is this a case of hypothyroidism and if I start taking throxine do i need to take it life long.

Hypothyroidism Thyroxin is not required lifelong.
