Free fluid is seen , asked for tb test?
Comments from ultrasound - 1. Focal pylonephritis (please rule out tb etiology) 2.Minimal free fluid in pod /. 3.some ill defined mixed echogenic area in left kidney-? I m having some pain in lower abdomen from last 2 weeks consulted urologist he has given me medicine for 5 days. But still I have some pain in left back side and burning after urination sometime. Can anyone help me for the next steps and which specialist should I consult. Thanks.
