Minimal Free fluid in Right Scortal.

Hi Dr, I had tennis ball hit to my right testicles around one month back. At that there was pain in testicel. After that it pain was decreasing and then disappear within 3 days. I din't visited any Dr. at that time for consult because pain was reducing. But last sat. I had loose motions with lower abdomen pain. And therr was also pain in muscles of right testicles specially while erection. So i visited a general surgen and consult him. He then had some inspection and suggested two sonography tests and provided some tablets. Tablets- 1.oflomax 02 2. Eap Fan 3.Chnoral fork Tests- 1. USG Scrotum 2.USG whole Abdomen. Therr is "Minimal free fluid in the right scrotal sac." Came in sonography. I can also feel a bit pain in right testicles. Please suggst me what shall i do next. And if to consult a Dr. then which specialist type of doctor would be good to consult. I am also attaching my sonograohy reports in this message please find those. Thanks
