Free fluid in the pouch of Douglas
Hi,This is shammi.I have missed my period for 50 days.My last period date December, 16,2022. I have right side lower abdominal pain, white discharge, heavy breast. Today I done ultrasound scan. I shows some free fluid in pouch of Douglas. What is that mean? And I want know am I pregnant or not. Please answer me.

No pregnancy in the scan. Do urine pregnancy test to be sure whether u are pregnant or not. Early pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy is sometimes not visible on scan. U can get beta HCG test also

Get a beta HCG done. If it's less, then periods can be induced with medicine

No pregnancy as per ultrasound report But get urine pregnancy test done once If it comes negative then you need to take medicines to induce your periods Connect for consultation
