  3. Frature 5th metatarsal. Me what to do!

Frature 5th metatarsal
I had fracture of 5 the metatarsal and was in caste for 6 weeks, now the caste is removed for the last 10 days but there is swelling around my ankle which doesnt let me walk properly. i have been using hot water & salt daily for my foot but its not going away. Please advise me what to do
