Fractured radius nd dislocated ulna
I fractured my radius near wrist and dislocated ulna at wrist , got k wire fixed ( externally)  in radius and after couple of months got it removed , but my ulna head is more prominent , ( upwards) like a lollipop , my orthopedician said that it might come to its original position itself gradually, I just have to keep on exercising , but it hurts on the ulna wrist joint , and I am literally terrified as what to do no...

In your situation a thorough clinical as well as xray of wrist is needed, so as to rule out radio ulnar disruption.
