Fracture LV5 S1/lumber LS spine / cervical Press the vain under fractured disc.radiation in left leg & left arm.I cannot sit more than 2hours & cannot walk more than 10 minutes.

Hello. Your report is of 2013. Now in 2017 you need to take a fresh x-ray and Mri of your spine and consult an orthopaedic. Also I recommend you to get few appropriate exercises from a mckenzie practicing physiotherapist at the earliest so that you are  mobile and can prevent any further issue. You should also do a lot of anom velom and deep breathing exercises to help you step up your health faster. Wishing you happy health . Reagrds Farahna Tejani

Hello... You have sustained fracture of spine and there is spinal cord compression.. You need to consult neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital with MRI of spine... Surgery may be required in your condition where doc decompress nerve and support spine .....
