Fracture inshoulder
I have met in an accident yesterday and my shoulder got hurt i went to dr and he advised me to xray..so please tell me if i need surgery or it can heal by using plaster.. i m attaching my xray picplease advise..

As it not clearly visible due to no light in background. But as per my knowledge it appears to be GT ( greater tubercle) fracture of ptoximal humerus bone. 94% it heals by its own  only if proper care has been taken -Like shoulder immobilizer belt -No shoulder movement till further orders. - after fracture healing physiotherapy to get shoulder movement back . Primary Healing time without surgery if all bone is in very close contact  then  6-8 weeks  . If after 6-8 weeks no healing or no sign of healing on xrays then surgery .  ( Only in 6% cases).
