Fracture in elbow joints

He fell. Found a fracture in elbow when x-ray was fine. It turned out to be 6 fractures when MRI was done. What should be the right course of treatment. Who would be the best doctor for the purpose in Mumbai.

If x ray is fine and Mri shows fracture, then they are not so significant It can be managed conservatively with a plaster of Paris
