Foul smelling vaginal discharge

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have a vaginal infection since past few months and used candid cream for external application. The discharge was like curdled milk. However today i found d discharge to hav a yellow tinge with few tinge of blood and black spots. Also the smell was very foul. I had a chemical pregnancy in April thid year and havnt got regular periods since. Took meds ton induce on some occassions. Kindly advice
