Fosmycin for uti
Hello I'm suffering with s
Uti since 3 weeks,
First I took niftas 100mg for 1 week
No symptoms gone
Took urine culture and it shows ecoli
And sensitive to fosfomycin
My doctor given me fosfomycin 2 days back ,1 sachet or 2 sachets she did not mention and still I'm getting burning sensation and discomfort near back..
Is fosmycin working or not
Should I take one more sachet?
