Fosfomycin dosage for uti
Hello doctors , I was sufeering with uti 3 weeks before took niftas 100mg but doesn't work,urine culture says fosfomycin is sensitive my doctor prescribed it..but I forgot to ask how many sachets to use.. I have taken 1 sachet yesterday is that enough Attaching my culture report Please advise Last year same ecoli bacteria found but niftas have worked..
