Hello doctor,
For one of my triplets, i have started similac total comfort instead of aptamil preterm as per pediatrics advice for reflux problem. He is 3 months 21 days now. Birth weight is 1.2kg. Now he is 3.2kgs. can i give aptamil preterm for one or two feeds when similac is not in stock at home?
