Formation of Tartar

Asked for Male, 1 Years

I have been advised about the brushing techniques and other methods for cleaning my 20 month old son by your side but how can i remove the existing tartar that is formed on the bottom front two teeth.Do i have to visit a dentist or can it be removed at home.Kindly advice and suggest the home remedies if any.
