Foreskin tightened

Hi, My foreskin is very much tightened/sealed and at any circumstance the tip is very narrow closed. Based on internet info it is similar to PHIMOSIS. Though i dont experience any pain during urination,Please suggest to whom to consult for?? What would be the treatment procedure?? Do i need a surgery directly??

Dear sir, if the foreskin is too tight, it may cause difficulty during intercourse. Ideally the severity of the condition should be examined by a urologist. If the skin is too tight you may be advised to go for circumcision.
