Foreskin tight problem from last 15 days
Hi..I m 50 yrs old. I have had a normal functioning of my penis and the foreskin retraction. But since last 15 days the foreskin have become tight. Also since I have diabetes my erection frequency have gone down. Previously I was able to put the foreskin back and forth even I did not have erection. But since 15 days its problem. If I pull it foreskin then it gives burning sensation and also it's difficult to pull back and bring it back to normal. I did not masturbate since the problem occurred. Nor did I have penetrative sex. I don't want to go for surgery. Also if I keep the foreskin back only will it be a problem in future?

Hello, The issue is more of erectile dysfunction than phimosis. Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely. I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision). We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well. A lot many patients after 'researching' a lot on Google get depressed and convinced that circumcision is the only way to get rid of phimosis which is not true. Circumcision is one way BUT NOT THE ONLY WAY... Many believes that its not possible or if it's possible then after sometime it will again go back to the previous stage. We don't know how true is that coz frankly speaking, we haven't seen and observed any patient of ours coming back to stage 0. We are yet to see... Pun intended but with all due respect

It is called PHIMOSIS. If you don’t want to get operated then apply coconut oil daily morning and evening
