Foreskin pregnancy problem

Hi Doctor, My foreskin in the penis is not coming back when I try. I am married and while having sex my sperm is coming out but I don't know whether it going inside my wife properly or not. As I have foreskin on my penis I doubt I can make my wife pregnant or not. I have seen the exceess sperm coming out from my wife after having sex. Please let me know can I make my wife pregnant with my foreskin. Please let me know do I need to take any treatment,if yes suggest me which doctor can I contact (Might be online or direct visit) Your help in this is very much appreciated..

No it cant be a reason for infertility. U can under go circumscision if having any difficulty due to foreskin
