Foreskin not pulling back
I can ejaculate, but I am unable to roll my foreskin back like it should. Even if I do roll it back somehow, it's too painful. Also Right side of my scrotum is overinflated, my testes is the normal size but it's surrounded by some tissue/lump. What should I do?
