You have developed phimosis due to infection. Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area. A minor operation will be required.

According to the symptoms that you have written. It could be phimosis. Probably you are having an active infection and inflammation. Need to get some tests done. Also a physical consutation should be done so that we understand the grade.
