I have fordyce spots on my upper lip and corners of both side ...all are embarrassing,the are non itchy, not irritable ..but how can get rid of these from root...because increasing day by day

Unless there are associted signs and/or symptoms like discharge including bleeding, itch you need not bother. Only maintain hygiene. Apply coconut oil. Take steam before you go to sleep. Do not start a.c. for 20 minutes after you finish taking steam.
