Fordyce spots, or sebaceous granules, are a non-STI dermatological condition characterized by clusters of small (1 to 3 mm) elevated bumps or spots on various parts of the body. They can appear pale red, yellowish-white, or skin-colored and most commonly appear on the edges of the lips. Fordyce spots are a variation of sebaceous glands, which are normally responsible for lubricating the skin and hair follicles Homoeopathic constitutional approach gives curative results without any side effects and minimum dose itself

Homeopathy can treat it successfully. There are many reasons for this mostly due to hormonal imbalance or more sebum secretion. Need your case details completely. Consult me online for treatment through practo.
Next Steps
Can apply fresh aloe Vera and raw milk with turmeric.
Unless there are associted signs and/or symptoms like discharge including bleeding, itch you need not bother. Only maintain hygiene. Apply coconut oil. Take steam before you go to sleep. Do not start a.c. for 20 minutes after you finish taking steam.
