Good morning if a patient has some cardiac problem we have to start with an overdose because it increases heart rate
If a patient has no cardiac problem we can start with 50 and in case of cardiac patients will start with 25

Hello dear good morning. I can understand your concern for your mother.first you should be cool and relax. I have gone through the reports. See your mother is having HYPOTHYROIDISM . It needs treatment and treatment to be continued till the Doctor days to stop it. You tell your mother this is small health issue and should not be neglect. Estimation of free T4 is very important as it is key factor to know depth of the disease.
Next Steps
Tab THYRONORM 25 mcg ,one tab in early morning in an empty stomach to be taken. Regarding diet I can not explain in few words.
