Toothpaste is just a medium to facilitate cleaning of the teeth, it is the brushing technique which makes the difference. Search for modified Bass technique on YouTube talk to your dentist to explain this procedure on a model. But brushing only removes the layer of plaque from the teeth but if there are deposits of Calculus they cannot be removed by brushing and will be a continuous source of gum inflammation and bleeding and can be removed only by professional cleaning through a procedure called as scaling. It will be better to go for a session of teeth cleaning by taking an appointment with your dentist. The results of that procedure can be maintained by meticulous oral hygiene thereafter. Regards.
