It is better to avoid giloy kadha at her age. For immunity give her fresh fruits n vegetables. In summers watermelon, mausambi which are rich source of vitamin c should be given. Instead of kada you can make soup with pumpkin, spinach, garlic, onion, bottlegourd.Add salt n black pepper. You can blend after giving steam n if she doesn't like thick soup just mash n strain.Iron n vitamin c will build her immunity.
