Mother is 65 yr old .She is a diabetic patient from 10 yr and also has blood pressure...She takes regular medicine names Glimy M2 dr readdy company has content metamorphic.500...glimipride..Thrice in a day but No improvement..Fasting sugar is 123 and past sugar 230. Please suggest Modern and best medicine.

She needs appropriate diet control and just one fasting/PP isn’t enough to address the issue. You need to get the hba1c done and as part of the profile, the RFT, lipids etc done and that’ll help us treat her better.
