Dear Xavier,
You are posting again and again on practo but it doesn't help. I have responded to your queries earlier and told you the same thing.
You need psychiatric medications to suppress your symptoms. No therapy and nothing else will work unless you take proper face-to-face consultation by a Psychiatrist and take the medications he prescribes.
Psychotherapy needs a certain level of contact from reality otherwise it won't work.
As per your above query, Yes, I am INFJ but that's not the reason I am a good therapist. It is just a preferred type and nothing else.
You might have read it from somewhere that these personality types are good counsellors but it is just half knowledge. Personality types are not strictly compartmentalized categories. They keep on changing. We are dynamic beings and not static. So our personalities also change with time and circumstances.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist first and take Medications.
Consult a Psychologist later for Counselling.
