Ten years is a long duration. Get a semen analysis done for yourself. If it is normal your chances of success depends on your wife's age. She also needs to get a pelvic scan and a tube test (hsg). As your wife's age increases beyond 35 years, chances start decreasing. So you need to hurry up.
