Repeat abortion after 4 months. Suggest.

My wife's medical abortion takes place on 7 jan and 9 january 2021 with misoprostol and Mifopriostone (medical abortion) by a gynecologist Doctor. But again my wife after 4 months of abortion is now she is pregnant and we are not ready for child because we already have two children age 4 years and 2 years respectively. My wife's both deliveries are normal. Her age 25 Height 5 ft 1 inch Weight 51 kg. She is 5 week pregnant now And for this time abortion doctor suggest us Surgical abortion because she scared us chances of rupture of womb or injury to womb life threatening conditions occurs if she give again Medical abortion because within 4 months again same dose is not good So she suggest us for surgical abortion. We so confused because she is now 5 week pregnant and next week 6 week and  abortion date is next week so she give us time to think and come to her next week. Please suggest us I'm very confused. We go with medical abortion or Surgical abortion please suggest.
