Kapalbhati is not recommended for you . Your liver is strained and you need proper diet and lifestyle guidance. Doing anulom vilom, sheetkari pranayam and deep breathing every hour is recommended.  Follow HAIP DIET since your symptoms are related to inflammation and auto immunity.  You will also need gut cleansing for which to begin with you can take amaltas pulp churna 1 tsp twice a day and patolakaturohinyadi kashayam 15 ml with 3 times water before meal twice a day for liver detox. Also, optimising vitamin d levels along with essential co factors is required for which you will need to consult.
Next Steps
Book HAIP DIET Consultation

Thank you for sharing the details. Numbness in the feet can be due to multiple reasons, and while your current medications seem appropriate, it’s important to evaluate your recent reports to understand the cause better. Please upload your CBC, LFT, and RFT reports here. Once I review them, I can guide you more precisely. For a detailed assessment and to plan the next steps, I’d recommend booking a consultation. That way, we can go through your history, symptoms, and reports thoroughly. Wishing you good health, Dr. Arisha Ayurveda Consultant

You are on a good line of Ayurvedic treatment for plaque and cysts. Numbness in the feet could be related to nerve compression, nutritional deficiencies, or circulation issues. Skipping Kapalbhati may reduce strain temporarily, but since the numbness persists, testing CBC, LFT, and RFT is a wise step. Please share your reports and consult directly for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment adjustment.
